CheckIts credit check reports describe your applicants credit history for the
most recent seven years. We are a single source for the three major credit bureaus
with access too more than half-billion credit records. These credit reports differ
from standard credit reports, because they are designed specifically for employment
purposes, with the account numbers disguised for security.
CheckIts information network shows that 17% of the applicants checked have credit
reports showing a judgment, lien, or bankruptcy and 30% have debts that have gone
into collection.

Individuals credit history for the most recent seven years from a combination of
the three major credit bureaus. Reports may contain number of trades, loans, mortgages,
liens, bankruptcies, judgments, collections and summaries of the individuals payment patterns.
Reports may also contain previous employers and addresses.
Use of Credit Reports:
Care must be taken by employers to use this information only when it is relevant to
a specific job function and it is backed by appropriate policies and procedures. The
use of credit information without proper policies in place is strongly discouraged.
